BARLOWORLD FORD TYGERVALLEY PATHETIC SERVICE

I had to bring my car in after purchasing it brand new a month ago for brake failure, I was requested to be at BARLOWORLD FORD TYGERVALLEY(Service Department:Cnr Durban Rd & Raglan Rd) at 7:30am 21/09/2017 and i was, i had to wait from 7:30am to 9:30am for somebody to drop me off at work,THIS IS 2 HOURS?? if i had been informed beforehand, i could have made my own arrangements or taken a days leave as getting to work two hours late is extremely pathetic, do they only have one driver?? can a plan not be made? I have never waited this long for service in my life, clearly buying a ford was a BIG BIG MISTAKE.
