BAD TREATMENT

Yesterday I dropped off my car for some warranty repairs on my vehicle at Eagle Ford, I received a call and was told the driver will collect me at 4pm so I can get my vehicle, few minutes before 4 I proceeded to where I was to be collected ,I waited for a good 50 minutes, I called the dealership and I could sense that there was initially no driver dispatched for me, i really find this to be very unacceptable, no one even had the decency to apologise for this, I was supposed to collect my daughter from creche...they really inconvenienced me and I will no longer be doing any business with them, I'm obviously not an important client to them.
