Bad service worse ever

We took our car in for a normal 135000km service. The car got back and we cant even drive it properly it does not want to drive. The indicators work on the outside but the inside it shows nothing. Ford is telling us the wires could be loose but they have nothing to do with that. The car arrived in this condition. When my husband confronted them they said the car needs a part of R16000. This is the 3rd time ford herm**** has given bad service. And this time am not keeping quite.
