Bad Service.Unprecedented.

On the 29th of Feb 2016, I took my vehicle to Kelfords in Somerset West for a routine service (45000 Km) and I happened to have bought the car at the same place. It was not the first time the car was sent for service but to my surprise this time when I went to collect the vehicle it was not washed as it used to. I am curious as to why it was not washed and I might be expecting the impossible but the standard was set. Secondly, the invoice that I received bared no details of what had been serviced on the vehicle- it has question marks. I have never received this version of an invoice! I am deeply concerned if indeed the service that I requested was done on the vehicle. I paid R2761.44 cash but I am not satisfied with what I paid for! I wish that someone can explain to me what it is that needs to be done to redress this occurrence.
