Bad service from Phalaborwa ford

I bought a 2012 Kia Sportage 2.0 CRDI AWD from Phalaborwa ford. The vehicle was delivered on the 17th November 2017. On the 24th November I opened the Panaromic sunroof, after a while the sunroof refused to close, I called the sales person who advised me to go to Kia for a quote. The quotation for the motor came to R 6202.06 excluding Labor. The sales person said I should forward him the quotation.this was on Friday. Today the manager Jean told me unfortunately they will not be repairing the sunroof.which ultimately mean I have to pay close to 10k to have the motor replaced plus Labor. I'm not happy about the whole thing. I mean the thing broke within 7days of delivery
