Bad service from Ford South Africa

Vehicle went in for service where it came back with oil light that does not go off. Took it back for 6 times where it was still not fixed. The manager told me that it was fine to drive it where it broke down in the middle of the night where I phone ford customer care where they could not assist me. Had to arrange another vehicle on my way to vacation and the vehicle was towed to Piet Retief Ford to be fixed. Phone Ford customer service to arrange for my vehicle to be fixed but no luck. Arranged the fixing myself and stranded now on holiday 400km from my vehicle. Ford say it is my own responsibillity to fetch my vehicle from the dealer and payment. The vehicle is still under warranty.
