Bad service from Ford SA

<p>I reccently had an accident with my ford ecosport 1.5 tdci titanium 2014 model. The panel beaters informed me that the glass are on back order till 22nd July. When I phoned them they say that there is nothing that they can do because the parts comes from another country. How do you sell an car but don't have stock available.</p>
