Bad service from FORD PINETOWN

Barloworld Ford Pinetown. The worst customer service experience you can imagine. *********** service consultants (Ruba in particular) who are rude and they find any excuse not to honor the 4 year warranty if you have a problem. I took my car to them as its still under warranty to repair mechanical issues with the car, they found an excuse for all the issues and nothing got resolved. Stay away from Ford, as soon as my warranty ends next month I will be selling this Ford and never again will I have to deal with their non existent customer service and lies. Stay away from Ford guys (especially the Pinetown branch), its better off to stick with the well known brands like VW, Audi, BMW etc that offer excellent customer experiences.
