Bad Service from Ford Diep River

I own a 2013 Ford Figo CA 821-901 purchased from Imperial Ford Diep River branch.<br> <br> I've been getting appalling service from the Service Department Diep River Branch. I've been constantly bringing in my car for noises on the car and the mechanics dismiss it saying that the sound I am hearing is normal. Brought the car in over 10 times since owning it.<br> <br> 3 constant issues with the car<br> <br> 1. whine when engine is idling (release bearing) I had to tell the mechanics it was a release bearing. Started after owning car for 6 months (into 3rd year of owning car). sound has been getting louder and louder over the years. Mechanics do nothing to fix every time i bring the car in, Service advisor helped by noting the issue as known to mechanics.<br> <br> 2. Squeaking sound when changing gear, loud squeak when changing gear. Mechanics dismissed as normal sound. This cant be normal if it popped up after only 2 years!<br> <br> 3. Creaking sound when going over bumps or pulling up into a driveway, this sound is coming from the back near the back seats. Mechanics dismiss as normal sound again. sounds has gotten worse since being at Ford<br> <br> Need issues fixed, cannot afford to keep bringing the car in for the same problem
