Bad service from Ford

In January 2022(27th) I bought a Ford Figo 2018 at a dealer. The Ford figo is still under warranty with Ford until 27/28 September 2022. Since I bought the car there was issues. As for today my car is at Ford for the 6th time since. It first start with the radio that just died, and the drivers window that sometimes not opening. I took it to Ford they did an update on my radio and replace the window button… And there it became worst. Some mornings when I start my car the radio and the entire dashboard is dead with the power steering not working, which means I can’t see my speed nor my level of fuel. After about 20min while driving everything will suddenly come on. I took it to Ford they told me there is wrong with my battery I need to buy a new one, so I ask which battery and they confirm a 619 so I went to a battery place bought it and took it to them. Got my car back and again the same problem, I took it to another Ford. I took it to Ford they kept my car, just to tell me the afternoon they need to catch the problem in action. So we arrange the moment it happend I will drive to the Ford as it is nearby so that they can catch it in act. So the moment it happend I went straight to Ford, just to tell me we are not aware of the arrangement. I also called Ford head office, its more than a month now and I still waiting for them to call me back after leaving messages. In the mean time I took my car again back, this time telling them I don’t want the car back until it works! They called me telling me this is the wrong battery, I was very angry and told the guy but the previous Ford asked for that battery how can you tell me after 3 months is the wrong battery! Again we put a new battery this time they said 628. This time I said fine put in the original Ford battery. They said now the problems will be fixed… Guess what!!!! Not even a month later and we are back to square one!!! Radio dead… I am fed up! My car is a mess!! How can I have a car with less than 60000km with so much issues!! Not Ford nor Ford head office is interest in helping me!
