Bad service from dealership manager

I have a problem with the air vents in my 1yr old Ford Kuga still under warranty.<br> like a grinding noise from the vents.<br> i asked Ford umgeni to check it out when it went for service in Jan, they couldnt find anything.<br> Said must leave the car for longer for them to check thoroughly.<br> So, i requested a loan car.<br> After 2 months after me persuing why so long, i get a response back from Dominic, the service manager saying i need to pay R8500 for deposit on a loan car.<br> Is this the case with Ford dealerships??? i would hate to think so as i would never buy another Ford again, if all other motor companies offer this service free of charge.<br> i have sent a mail to Ford head office, dealer priciple and the dealership to confirm if this is policy, and no responce over a week now.<br> NEVER AGAIN WITH A FORD...OR ESPECIALY FORD UMGENI...OR MORE ESPECIALLY, THE MANAGER wont help u at all.
