bad service from action ford lichtenburg

Good Day

I took my car in for diagonis at Action Ford in Lichtenburg, and it was misdiagonosed now i am sitting with a car without a petrol cap and i am being send from pillar to post about the mistake and neglegence that was from Ford am i not happy at all and even to think that i wanted to change my ford fiesta to the new one i think i will go and shop somewhere else
