Bad Service Ford Pretoria North Gezina

Yesterday (27/01/2020) morning I took my car in for service at Ford Pretoria North, Gezina. They then called to tell me that the car would only be ready the following day, which is today. I gave them till 16:30 and they had not called yet. I then called them only to find that the car is not ready yet, now I'm being told it will be ready tomorrow (29/01/2020). I use this car for Taxify. This means every minute it spends at Ford is a loss for me.
