bad service ford Kimberley

I took my ford eco-sport to a ford delear in Kimberley after it was making an unusual sound. I left the car just before 8:00am and I was told I will receive a call when they have checked it. At 4:30pm I went to the dealership and I was told to wait. After 5:00pm I was told they cannot fix it and they will call warranty. I then requested a courtesy car and I was told they won't give me a car. I asked how am I supposed to work. I was the told that they did me a favour by even checking my car they were supposed to look at it on Thursday. If I want they will give me my car. I asked when will it be fixed they said they dont know and they dont have the parts that are needed to fix it. They then requested a driver to take me home since they could not give me a car.
