BAD SERVICE

The bad service actually started with Ford Herm**** where my husband and business partner took there Ford transit for fixing. They fixed 1 thing then said motor needs to be replaced plus minus R140 000. They decided to take it for 2nd opinion only to find out not the case and that they actually broke one of the nuts trying to open motor. Which means they actually never checked motor to know that it is faulty. Other registered company much smaller than Ford got car up and running after finding so many other things FORD HERM**** BROKE. I called Ford South Africa to put in a complaint and lady I spoke to few times basically said they can not help. They took the transit to Ford Somerset West this week wednesday for a check (Kelfords) and they could not believe what they were told. Today they can go fetch the car. Must say Kelfords is much better service than Herm****. They cost my husband them so much money having to fix what they broke. And then to top it off they gave them the wrong cover that goes at bottom of engine and they left so many other car parts in the back of the car that does not even belong to them.
