BAD SERVICE.

I had a new power plant fitted because of a diesel run-away cost R170000.00. Ford NMI Pinetown FITTED THE NEW ENGINE, TURBO, INJECTORS AND INTERCOOLER and put the old high-pressure diesel pump without checking or testing the pump, and had a diesel run-away with the new engine, they told me to replace the pump i did. they did not replace the engine. as i requested, said its within 10 %. they made me buy a new engine because of a diesel RUN-AWAY with the old engine 216 000 kms. But its ok when its happened to them. since i received the veh back its been 8 months and the veh has been back to them 4 times with injectors issues replaced 2. 2012 Ranger 3.2 xlt. i have spoken to Ford SA they told me there nothing they can do for me. i have supported Ford all my life I'm now 64. The last email i send no response.. this is what i wrote to them.. 2012 Ford Ranger 3.2 XLT 216 000 KMS Hello Customer resolution centre, Im writing this email back, 8 months later I received the veh back but since then the veh has been back to Ford NMI Pinetown 4 times for injector problem. First time they swoped injectors second time replaced no. 2 injector, then third time replaced no. 1 injector now again they want to swop injectors around again. This is all because they had a runaway with the new engine. Anyone knows that a diesel runaway will cause damaged to the injectors, let alone a engine AND TURBO. I did ask Ford to replace the engine and was told by you that there is nothing wrong with it. I then have asked Ford NMI Pinetown to at least replace all the injector for it is clear they did get damaged; they are a weak component on a 3.2 engine. This has not been done. !!!!!! The first visit to Ford NMI Pinetown was because of an engine runaway and I did decide to replace all new parts engine, turbo, injectors, intercooler, and high-pressure diesel pump cost of R170 000.00 which ford has already received all this for peace of mind. By the say so of Ford NMI Pinetown. Where is my peace of mind trouble free. The veh has not even done 3000 kms since ford replaced the engine. This is my statement to you, I will not except the veh back until at least the injectors are replace with new one’s Please bear in mind I do have the injector serial no’s for all 5 injectors and will do a contribution balance test again. NO RESPONSE!!!!!!
