BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

Never was a fan of Ford, bought a 2021 Raptor recently, and by far the best bakkie I've driven thus far. When it comes to customer service and Ford South Africa backing the end-user....-10 points! Been moved from pillar to post, and has made over 15 calls to Ford South Africa following up on a complaint, from the incompetence of the call takers to the inability to speak to a superior is frightening. Ford Customer Care has NO authority to make any decisions and is a useless exercise....my business will go elsewhere!
