Bad service at Ford makhado

I went to Ford in makhado on the 31st August 2020, driving a Ford vehicle, and I was so pressed. I kindly approached the receptionist to use the ladies, which is meant for Ford customers. On that day I kindly asked because I was not in use of any service. Tjo! The lady from reception was very rude, and I kindly inform her that the reason I pop in is because I cannot take it any more please, shuuu I spent more than five minutes begging, until another sales guy let me in. I thot receptionists are the face of the brand. Shuuuuu
