Bad Service at Ford Barloworld Pietermaritzburg

Dear Ford Barloworld,

Thanks for hiring people like Veshi Moodley from Pietermaritzburg Barloworld Service department.

She has given me attitude and run-around from beginning. I wanted to book a car for a service and she couldn't book it in until I give her VIN number even though I tell her I don't have but as soon I bring the car it will be ready.
