Bad service at Ford Alberton

I had bad experience with Ford in Alberton last week. My car was due for service and because I am essential worker I booked it in. On the day I was told my service plan had expired and I needed to pay cash for the service but when I asked why wasn't I told of this expiry date the answer I got is that dealership in Springs should have contacted me. We are in the middle of a crisis in our country and there are dealers who still trying to take every cent from their clients. I was further told there is no shuttle to take me back to work knowing very well I am an essential worker and to top things after the service my car was not even washed because everything is being blamed on the lockdown. This is poor service at it's best. Most of us are providing service to customers and we do not provide half service. It's either you open for business or shutdown like everybody else. This is not acceptable
