Bad Service and Attitude

I sent my Ford Focus to Action Ford Louis Trichardt in 2020-03-17 because it had the engine light on and my car stop moving and towing truck came and collect it.They told me that the need to change petrol pump and reprogram it and gave me quotation of R14413 of which I paid it on the 20th March.In April during COVID-19,I was advised that they dont know when they will receive the parts and In June,I was advised that other parts came and they are left with 1 part and they are waiting for it then on the 17th June that part came and the technician started working on my car on the 23rd June. On the 24th June,I was advised that the part the ordered it was faulty and they will return it and order a new one.I spoke to the manager Nadia that it has been 3 months without my car and now the part is faulty and I have to wait until when I dont know.i asked them to give me a courtesy car of which The Manager said they have only 1 car of which they gave it to someone else.Im losing money because I have to hire a car from Avis or budget as i have a business to run.Im really disappointed in them,i will never recommend them or buy a car from them ever again.The Manager has a bad attitude as she is not willing to go extra mile to get the part immediately or gave me a car to use it until they fixed my car.I cant be waiting for 3 Months to get my car fixed,this is unacceptable
