bad service

I am disgusted with Nevel Ford Paarl, service department. I made an appointment a week ago, with an issue that needs to be checked out. I stated that they need to check it early, when the car gets there. I also stated the importance, when I dropped the car off. I dropped the car of this morning, at 7.30 , and the car was moved to the parking lot. at 14h52 the car gets moved for the first time to the workshop at 14h52 !!!!!! . I get a call at 15h50 stating that they havent found the fault yet, and that the car wont be finished today !!!!!!!!!!!! I need to bring it back tomorrow to find the fault......
