BAD SERVICE

Good day

I would like to address the below issues with regards to my vehicle that was brought in for service on the 10 June 2022.

Service book - The service book is not stamped. Rear camera - It delays when reversing. Breaks – sound that is coming from the breaks. Communication and feedback

Service Book

The car was brought in for service yet the service book is not stamped. I have raised this with you, you promised to get your apprentice to call and apologies, the second time when I asked, you said both of you were drafting the email, which by the way I did not receive. You further told me that it will be sorted yet I am still driving around with the car that I am not even sure if it was serviced or not. What proof do I have?

Rear camera

I called to complain that the rear camera is delaying which did not happened before the car was brough in for service. In your explanation you have advised that it is the new software that was updated without my consent. When I am parking the car, driving forward the camera is still stuck on reverse which means I cannot see weather I am moving forward or not. This was not shown to me during the sale of the car. Should I have known I wouldn`t have bought the car.

Breaks

The sound that is coming from the breaks is not a new thing of which was reported previously after the last repair. Will this be sorted out? Its been 18 days.

Inconclusion

YOU CALLED ME ON THE 23/06/2022 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PICKUP THE CAR TO SORT OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS. GUESS WHAT? YOU CALLED FRIDAY MORNING TO CANCELL AND RESCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, I AGREED HOPING YOU HAVE SEEN THE URGENCY ON THIS MATTER YET ANOTHER DISAPOINMENT WAS ON MY WAY.

ON MONDAY 27/06/2022 YOU DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL AND TELL ME THAT THE CAR WILL NOT BE PICKED UP, TODAY IS TUESDAY STILL NO CALL NO EMAIL NO EXPLAINATION OR WHATSOEVER.

WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS SERVICE? 18 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE……

HOW DO I PROCEED TO GET THE ASSISTANCE THAT I DESERVE?
