Bad service

I truly question Ford vehicles' durability. I bought a Ford Figo 2 years ago and it has been giving me problems since year 1. I struggle to go into gear 1 or 2. I have reported the problem at McGee Lydenburg and they said it was fixed but it was okay the first month. I then went to Ford Nelspruit, there I was even worse. They said I need to pop out R8200.00 to have the problem fixed. What happened to the warranty which was supposed to expire next year? I am told the problem the car is experiencing is normal wear and tear of the vehicle. I don't think so. I think it is a mechanical fault with the car. It's a nightmare to get Ford to fix cars and it is simply not worth it to buy anything from Ford
