bad service

an gift that has now turned into a nightmare . my ford fiesta has been to ford corlett now for almost three months for repairs , first the brakes, cable, now the cylinder head and gods now what else. I have been paying my debit now and insurance as well. but no car. the service that I personally received from the FORD ON CORLETT was terrible, no customer after service , I was just a number, FORD SA got involved but all receive an email my vehicle is still under repairs . the loan car that I receive is in such a bad state I had to cancel all my plans for the festive plans because it was not safe to drive this vehicle , which I was out of pocket for R1200.00, all I need is my car replaced and computation of the faulty vehicle has I received an email from FORD SA that my car mode and make had a problem , but no one in authority is making any suggestion regarding this matter , I cannot email tot eh CEO of the company has I am not allowed to has a customer . please your urgent assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated
