Bad Service

Took my car in for annual service at Ford Kempton Park yesterday 16 Apeil 2019 as I am going home for Easter. I was called and told it is making horrible sounds and I will not be receiving it as they will only for that part of the sound today 17 April 2019. Upon fetching it I returned it to them as the sound is unbearable and my radio was jot working I was told it is fine but I still need to buy a part , took it home and half way through the ride home the sounds returned with severe intensity . Ford tell me how this is my fault what have you done to my car.

I did not have this issue prior to taking it to you for service . What have you done to my vehicle Ford . I want my vehicle in the state that I brought it in.

I am so disappointed with you.

How will i get home for Easter's as no one can help me . How can you break my car then expect me to buy a part and fix it for you as if you didn't break it .
