Bad Service

I took my car (Ford Ranger -CN30GMGP) to Ford Rustenburg on the 30 April because it was showing mechanical problem sign the previous day.i was attended to by Desmond who suggested that I bring it back on the 12th May because the sign was no longer there. But by then the sign was constantly there and the car had no power. Then on the 13th May Desmond called to inform that the problem was turbo and they have requested parts from guarantee I then requested for courtesy car by Friday because I needed to drive to Jburg. Desmond told me that they have 7 cars and all are out. I even called customer care and spoke to Joelen (ref no.***)who said they offer loan car after 5 days. On Friday the 15th I went to Ford to beg for car. Desmond told me that they don't give courtesy cars to anyone and besides they are not obliged.i eventually rented 1 from Avis and returned it on Monday. It's almost a week I don't have a car and no update from Ford about courtesy car or my car. I am still waiting. I experienced the same from Ford Potchefstroom wrt to courtesy cars. Does this happen to all Ford Dealership? But they tell that they offer courtesy cars when keeping a car longer than 5 days?
