Bad Roadside Assistance service

<p>I have been unattended to for over 2 hours. My ford Ecosport's anitheft has come into play and I have contacted the call centre twice. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have not been given a reference number, I was told that no reference can be submitted as this will be given to me via dispatch whom have not been in contact with me over the past 2 hours. Zodwa then told me that my call will be traced and the matter will be rectified. I am still waiting </p>
