Bad road side assistance

I have a 2015 Kuga 2.0 Tdci, last Friday 22 Sep 2017 we were travelling to Mpumulanga going away for the lond weekend and at Middelburg the vehicle stared giving problems, showing the anti-slip indicator and giving me warning the transmission has limited ***x cant remember the exact wording. I phone Ford roadside assistance, they told me they would send a lowbed to get the vehicle and take it to closest dealer and will repair the vehicle on Tuesday 26 Sep 2017. I asked them and what about transport for me and they said they did not make provision for it, I drived the vehicle like that to Nelspruit and on Saturday morning Ford Nelspruit helped me and sorted it out
