Bad experience at Ford

The service is very poor , I took my car for engine replacement at Ford Eastern Cape motors(North End PE) , they couldn’t even tell me what caused the cylinders to be damaged except for skipping of a service of which they had records for all the service that I have done , It’s been 2 weeks already, no communication whatsoever on what is happening, I called today ,they only say it will only be ready next week so it takes a month to actually replace the engine when initially they said 5 days
