Bad customer service

Ford Tzaneen is the worst service provider. My Ford lost axile spring, which they initially refused to check, until I took it to Hi-Q and they confirmed it's not road worthy. Now there are no parts and there is no courtesy car for me to for work as they do not have parts until next week. They cannot even confirm when stock will be available for my car to be fixed.
