Bad Bad Bad Service

My car supposed to go to a 60000 kilometer service, but since I was not around and I was not near any Ford dealership to take the car to be serviced, so I was around on the 25/08/2018 then on the 27/08/18 I booked the car for service for the 3/09/2018 n it was 62000 so the service adviser told me to bring the car on the 28th of August because the date i chose its late since the car passed the service kilometer, then I took the car early in the morning to the dealership to my surprise they told me to pay for the service since it passed the due kilometer I told them my reason but they don't care I HATE FORD took my last money I won't even recommend to anyone to purchase any of their vehicles all they want is money they don't care about clients. I can't wait to the trade in and buy another car I HATE FORD *******.
