Bad attitude and service

<p>I took my car for service to ford in kuruman, i forgot to remove sumtings feom my car after the service i noticed it was ****** from the car i ask for the manager and explain to him the situation but he said its not his fault he cant help me and than he started swearing at me,they then said that my water pump is broken they must keep the car there and im stayong 120 km from them,they did not eben try to assist me i had to hitch hike back please people dont buy a ford their after sale service is bad i contacted ford hq but till today they havent called me and when i call to query they dont take you seriously but if i was a white man believe me they would have assited him at kuruman mxm</p>
