Bad after sales service - Second hand sales

I have purchased a vehicle in 2016 from Halfway Ford Kuilsriver and after some time has past and some digging from myself, I have discovered that the vehicle were sold to me with some misstatements.

The vehicle were advertised with full service history (FSH), but Ford does not have a full service history of the vehicle on file or on a system somewhere and sold me a valid warranty as to cover themselves that in the event that something does happen within two years after the purchase, Ford will cover the cost, if this would have been caused by something that should have been picked up with a service from Ford.

Warranty or no warranty, the vehicle were sold without FSH, but were advertised differently.
