Bad after sales exprience

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Focus, upon application for finance and everything i was happy and always kept in the loop about what was happening. After getting my approval for finance, we agreed on a date of collection for the car, the day before that date, I CALLED TO CONFIRM if we were still on and was told that the car was in CT and had to wait for 2 weeks, everytime, i had to call to find out what was wrong. Got the car, the from smash n grab was not done, had t take it back to be fitted. I then had to pay for my own plates because i was being delayed and not told what is happening. Now i sent in a claim for the money i spent on the plates on 5 March '16 and till today, i was not given feedback as to what is happening to the claim, i called the sales rep helping me with this at about 8:30 today. I gently asked him to do follow up on this and get back to me, i havent heard anything from him and he is not picking up his phone when i call him. Its trully ironic how these guys will befriend you just to make a sale but dont give a sneeze to ensure that you are happy thereafter, so not gonna recomment their service to anyone i know!
