Awesome Customer Centricity by William Thomas

Excellent Customer Service By William Thomas (040718) & Johan Mulder (090318)

I visited Ford Nelspruit Emnotweni on 2nd July 2018 and requested for assistance with “Tow new cover” which I open when I transported items with my bakkie. Adrie advised that they we busy and that I should come back around 2nd on 020718. Sadly I was unable to go back as I had other commitments ito meeting on that day.

I called Ford on 3rd July 2018 and spoke to Lynne and advised her that I was unable to return as discussed with Adrie as I had other commitments and she kindly advised me to return first thing morning of 4th July 2018.

On 4th July 2018 I arrived to service department and spoke to Adrienne and she advised that I speak to Adrie as she is the one who is managing the team on the floor and know if they can help now (in the morning) or if I should come back in the afternoon.

On my way looking for Adrie in the corner that Adrienne directed me in, I spoke to another gentleman on the floor asking him where Adrie was. William Thomas was about to walk past and based on his observation he could see that we were not winning in whatever matter we (me and the gentleman) where conversing he.

He approached us and his comments “Good Morning Mam, how can we help you”. My thoughts as he asked me this question was “wow, talk about Client Centricity. This man understands what it means to deliver what matters to their customers”. He really embed the Ford value.

Ford Nelspruit Emnotweni is very lucky to have people like William Thomas and Johan Mulder who assisted me with the sale of my car to the very last point i.e. indeed your people are the source of our strength and satisfaction of your customers is what these two individuals I dealt with drive.

Give them a bell!! Thank Johan Mulder and William Thomas for delivering what matters to your customers.
