Automatic vehicle shudders like a manual

<p>I have been busy with a complaint regarding a shudder on my Ford fiesta Ecoboost Powershift since, Oct - the feedback from Ford SA is horrific. 13 Dec and my vehicle is still not fixed and no indication of when or what is actually wrong. I am so frustrated! </p>
