Attempted ******

I'm so Livid,on the 3rd of January 2022 took my Car for 60000kms service at Ford Constantia..and was told my brakes when not changed because they are still in good condition till the next service. To my surprise my pregnant self was driving around a a day ago and heard a squeaky sound and told my husband,today I drove with him only to realize my brakes are ****ed up..totally finished. This is dangerous to me and other motorists. I'm beyond dissapointed in Ford and their recklessness qnd ****ed up beyond pathetic service. Now they are closed and a ****en inconvenience to me cause I must take time off work to fix their incompetence. I am going to open an attempted ****** case as this is exactly that. This matter better be fixed ASAP..
