ASSAULT BY A FORD APPROVED PANEL BEATER

1. Imperial Ford & Mazda (IFM) Diep RIver damage vehicle on 12th Dec 2014. 2. IFM request they use ACCREDITED Ford Panel Beater - NORTONS AUTO SERVICES (NAS). 3. IFM drop and collect for repair at NAS and deliver to me. 4. I reject job and schedule meeting 6 FEB 2015 with IFM at NAC, also to collect personals removed by NAS and not returned to vehicle. 5. I arrive before IFM and proceed to reveal complaint to NAS. 6. Told by DARREN KUHN to \**** OFF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN". 7. I proceed to collect valuables and am grabbed by DARREN KUHN and then PUNCHED IN THE FACE. 8. I laid assault charge at police station complete with hospital check up for bodily damage. 9. Discover NAS is not SAMBRA appoved - i.e. they don't sign up to a code of conduct. 10. I compile a detailed timeline of events and email to SAMBRA"
