Appalling Customer Care

I am the owner of a double cab Ford Ranger which is still fairly new and under warranty, however this vehicle which had been for a service a few days earlier got us stranded on the highway. The worst was when we got to Barloworld Ford, I have never experienced such a let down as they had said they will make a plan to assist us, only to be left even more livid and stranded much later. I am now considering a more reliable brand as a result. I hate being made the fool being promised something that isn't delivered. My time was wasted, my family beyond disgruntled by this situation.
