Appalled!!!

I am appalled at the lack of attention received from this corporation ! Complaint was lodged over 48 hours ago with ********** automated response advised I would be contacted within 24 hours. Still no news ! This is my fourth brand new Ford vehicle which proves my loyalty to you. Where's yours to me ???
