Always a Problem

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from CA in Boksburg. After 2500km the gearbox packed up and I took it back for repairs, only to be told 3 week later that the gearbox is not available. It took them 3 weeks to find this out!. On the 27th of May 15 I took the car for the 15000km service. On the 15th the car hit 20 000km and the computer told me that it is due for a service. I called the dealership and spoke to Neil the dealer principal. He then told me that they did not reset the computer at the service and that I need to bring it back and it will be a 30sec operation. I had to apply for leave, drive all the way back from the Vaal (where I work) jus the get them to fix THEIR fault. When I mentioned to Neil that they are now inconveniencing me, because they did not do their job properly, he could only reply \yes". I love my Ford and enjoy driving it"
