Almost 2 months to install a towbar properly?

My Ecosport is at the dealership in Germiston for a month an half reason being the incorret installation of a Ford fitted towbar. The dealer are waiting for Ford SA to supply a harness that was suppose fitted during the original fitment/purchase of the new vehicle.. How long do I have to wait? What can I do to speed up the process?
