Agents that can not assist

I booked in my car for a turbo problem, under warranty, and i told them from the start to check the turbo seals cause of the symptoms i experienced... swopped the solonoids apparently on the turbo, then after also doing my service on 60k, told me no my exhaust has been removed, they can see its been tampered with, even though the full standard exhaust is on the car with all the original parts... they don't know where the fault is. I went to take my car to take it to more experienced people, cause really cant wait 3 months for something so simple.<br> Also have a case number at ford SA .. ***, and the lady Dagney Mathabathe actually told me she doesn't know what to do ...in so many words.. now why would i phone ford SA if they dont know what to do... that's the worst service ever.. I wouldnt recommend anyone buying ford with this useless service I got from Ford alberton and ford SA.
