After service, car has no power

I took my car for service and now it had a breakdown. Now I am told my extended service is finished. What did you guys do to my car? Where is the footage? I need answers. I actually want to see, what happened to my car. I have complained about the serviced received but no feedback was received I am regret taking my car to Ford Alberton.
