After sale Service is aweful

I have bought 3 cars from ford. 2 Focus st and an eco sport... The dealership in edenvale was the most inefficient dealership ever... Firstly they treated me with so much disrespect. When I wanted to buy a vehicle....They seemed so ******...i even gave them a second chance..I sent my vehicle to get my clutch foot paddle fixed...its been a year no response...I then sent my car to boksburg for a service and to sort out my brakes. And the service agent gives me a whole story about my maintenance plan does not cover my brakes... But when I was sold the vehicle, the sales consultant said \all I have to worry about is the tyres"..I love the car"
