Aerolux canopy

My daughter jammed the wrong key into the lock of my canopy in July 2014. I have then been trying without luck to get new locks from Ford. They put me in touch with a guy called Heepco that works from their premises and he never comes back to me. When I call him he states that SA canopy is waiting for the container. This is 8 months later.<br> <br> Ford is still putting these canopies on their bakkies, but are unable to assist with parts for the canopy. Why does Ford sell it with the canopy if they are not going to supply parts? I love my Ford but the after sales service is terrible. All I want is some locks!
