Action Ford Modimolle

On the 25th September (saturday) my car flashed an orange engine light on the dashboard, on the Monday 27th i took it to Action Ford(Ford Modimolle) for them to check and they check and told me that there is a huge problem in the engine ,pressure is not ok and all those mechanical terms which i am obviously not fami**** with.was asked to bring it in as soon as possible and it was booked for Wednesday 29TH September,they informed me that the car will be in for at most 3 weeks , i then called i later to ask for a courtesy car to use as i travel from Bela-Bela to Modimolle on a daily and there is no sort of reliable transportation and was told that i will receive a vehicle today ( Wednesday 6/10/21) ,i called in today and was told that no car is available at the moment and there is nothing they can do and it wont be for the next week .i am currently frustrated as the problem that is on that vehicle is mechanical and was not created by myself. its been a week now i am frustrated and do not know what to do and how i am going to be travelling home.
