Accepting a deposit, but selling the car

So I got approved for the new Eco Sport, I got told there is one for me on the floor. I go ahead selling my car pay the deposit for the Eco Sport and for the mags just to get told that they have SOLD the car. <br> I just cannot understand how you accept a deposit without telling me 1st that the car has been sold. <br> I think it's pathetic how FORD and the employees handle customer service. I am without a car and no one cares. (I am sorry well sorry is not enough) <br>
