absolutely pathetic customer sevice

I am writing this complaint with great disappointment as I visited FORD EDENVALE yesterday with the intent of looking to purchase a vehicle however upon my arrival I found 3 vehicles I was interested in looking into the prospect of making a purchase, I spent more than 10 minutes looking at these vehicles and while looking at the vehicles and waiting to be assisted by a sales rep nobody bothered to come out and greet me or assist me and as a result of that I am seriously considering not to buy a vehicle from FORD as the customer service is pathetic and has shown me that I am not important enough to be treated as a customer. I am disappointed and disgusted in the level of service and request that I speak with the dealer principle.
